Government Center access notice: after the January 17, 2026 water-line break, Oscoda County offices were open but relocated to the south side. The Sheriff Department and M-33/Morenci entrances were closed until further notice; visitors were directed to the South Court Street parking-lot entrance.

  • For someone in county-jail custody, use jail inmate records and contact Oscoda Sheriff or Roscommon County Jail depending on booking and housing status.
  • For booking photos, read jail roster mugshots before assuming a photo is public or currently displayed.
  • For charges, hearings, and filings after arrest, use court records after a jail arrest and the Oscoda court contacts above.
  • For facility rules, confirm details on the Roscommon County Jail facility page linked in the footer.
  • For a sentenced Michigan prisoner, search the Michigan Department of Corrections OTIS locator, not the county jail roster.
  • For federal or immigration custody, use the federal Bureau of Prisons locator or ICE Online Detainee Locator System, because those systems are separate from county and state records.
